LAMB BRISKET

Our lamb brisket comes from Turton Farm Supplies in Dannevirke where it has been frozen down at  -10 degrees for a least seven days before it gets to us. Plenty of premium quality meat and fat with a great balance of meat to bone, just perfect nutrition! Our city dogs can now enjoy the same raw food that has sustained our working farm dogs in peak condition, over many years. Our brisket varies in size with the season, but averages out at around 400g per piece.
