POSSUM MINCE

We are thrilled to be able to offer possum as a food for the cats and dogs. How amazing to be able to protect our native flora and fauna whilst eliminating introduced pests from the New Zealand countryside without the use of pesticides.

Possum meat is quite dark in colour, extremely nutritious, with an amazing essential fatty acid profile, high protein level and packed full of vitamins and minerals. This is because possums eat only the finest food - an abundance of fresh shoots, berries, leaves and grasses.

Dogs and cats seem to prefer possum meat to most other meats. And as a unique source of protein it can be very useful in the diet of dogs and cats diagnosed with food allergies.
