We were served by Jess on the weekend. Never been to the store before and she gave us such a warm welcome! Once she learned we are regular customers at another store in another city. Raw Essentials Wairakei has an amazing range of products. My 2 cats are obsessed with their raw foods. Staff are very knowledgeable about their products and even provided me with detailed meal plans for each my cats based of their weight and age. Definitely recommend, they also do deliveries which we find extremely useful. - Hayley Rouse

Been using raw essentials for at least 5 years now but wanted to say a big shout out to the team at the new Wairakei store, Especially Jess who has been so amazing and helpful with my wee 8 year old boys transition with the dietary requirements/ advice & support after getting pancreatitis. If I could give bonus stars I would! I entered the shop somewhat chaotically with a boisterous puppy and two small children and the staff took it all very much in their stride and were so helpful. Really knowledgeable about raw feeding, our dog loves his food, his tummy is so much better now and the cat is now demanding the same diet! - Duncan Wilson (+Reggie)
