We use various courier companies to ensure your frozen products are delivered safely. Please read the details below for information about delivery options, packaging, and other important details related to your Raw Essentials order.
We currently do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery (keep in mind we cannot prevent rural orders from being placed!)
We’ve set minimum order quantities to maintain product quality and reduce the chance of defrost during transit. Delivery Tip: We recommend being home (or nearby) to receive your order, as frozen products need to be placed directly in a freezer. Larger or bulk orders may be left outside for a short period, but this is at your own risk.
We use sustainable packaging to keep your orders frozen and reduce waste.
All non-frozen orders, including natural treats, freeze-dried mixes, supplements, toys and pet care products, are delivered nationwide via NZ Post. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 (non-frozen orders only).
