Who we collect your personal information from

We collect personal information about you from:

• you, when you provide that personal information to us, including via our website or any related service, through any registration for our rewards programme or online subscription process, through any contact with us (e.g. telephone call or email), when you buy or use our services and products (online or in-store), or when you participate in promotions or competitions

• CCTV systems in all of our stores that are used for security and loss prevention purposes

• third parties where you have authorised this or the information is publicly available

If possible, we will collect personal information from you directly.

The personal information we collect may include your name, contact details, purchase history, loyalty programme information (including rewards earned or redeemed), pet or customer profile information, preferences, payment information, and communications with us.

If we do not make the correction, we will take reasonable steps to note on the personal information that you requested the correction.

We keep your personal information only for as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide products and services, administer our rewards programme, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When personal information is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymise it.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk.

If you follow a link on our website to another site, the owner of that site will have its own privacy policy relating to your personal information. We suggest you review that site’s privacy policy before you provide personal information.
