Yes. Use the same email when signing up via the EFTPOS QR code, and enter the verification code sent to the account holder’s email to link the cards.

Yes! If you want to add a second payment card using the same phone, you should scan the QR code on the terminal during your next visit in store. The system will recognise the device during the second sign-up and automatically link the new card to the existing account.

We understand you may switch between using a physical card and Apple/Google Wallet. These are treated as separate payment methods.

To link both to your profile, scan the QR code and enter your account email address the first time you use each payment method. This ensures both are correctly connected to your membership account.

In-store: Once you reach 1,000 points, our team will show you the current seasonal range and you can choose on the spot.

Online: Once you reach 1,000 points, you will receive a coupon via email that you can use to redeem your reward during your next online transaction.

No. Rewards must be redeemed through the same channel they were earned—online rewards online, and in-store rewards in-store.

In-store: Your points balance will appear on the EFTPOS screen after each transaction.

You can also add your membership pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to check your balance anytime on your phone. Alternatively, sign in to your Venu account (here) to view your balance.

Online: Your balance is visible at checkout or by signing in to your account.

Please note: Wallet access is only available for in-store accounts. Online account points are managed through your online profile.

Points remain active as long as your account remains active.

After 12 months of inactivity, points may be cancelled. After 24 months, membership may be closed.

No. Our loyalty provider, Venu, identifies returning customers using a loyalty token generated by the Verifone payment terminal. This token is a random string of numbers and letters that is unique to each payment method.

Neither Raw Essentials nor Venu ever see or store a customer’s full card details. The only information accessible to us is the card type and the last four digits.

Unfortunately, you can’t currently join without scanning the QR code on the Verifone terminal, as we don’t have access to your card details and can’t link your transactions to the payment card used.
