Delivery
Everything you need to know about our delivery service for online purchases. At this stage we only deliver frozen products within the Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay Of Plenty and Wellington regions but our treats, freeze dried range, and supplements can be sent nationwide.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
FROZEN PRODUCT
We can deliver our entire product range, including our frozen products, to most of Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Wairarapa. At checkout, once you enter your address, your available delivery options will show.
We use Urgent Couriers for this service and they will keep you posted with text messages on day of delivery. Please note that we do have minimum weight requirements to reduce the chance of defrost.
TREATS & FREEZE DRIED
We deliver all of our non-frozen products nationwide via NZ Post. This includes our natural treats range & freeze dried mixes as well as supplements and pet care products.
MINIMUM ORDERS
As our product is frozen, we have worked hard to find sustainable (i.e. non polystyrene) packaging solutions to minimise defrost within the various delivery windows we offer. However, due to the length of some delivery runs, we have implemented some minimum order requirements to maintain product quality and reduce the chance of defrost. See details for your region below.
We suggest you be home (or close by!) for the delivery as the product will need to be put straight into the freezer. Some of our larger or bulk orders will be okay to be left outside for a couple of hours if in a cool place.
