Due to the perishable nature of our frozen product, we are unable to accept returns for individual product units that weigh more than 1kg, and ask that you select and purchase your product carefully.
You are able to return/exchange individual product units that weigh equal to or less than 1kg, however, we ask that you visit one of our stores. Given our product is frozen, we unable to accept return deliveries. Our team will be able to discuss your concerns and provide alternative solutions.
If the product delivered does not correspond with your product ordered or it has arrived in a faulty or damaged state, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com. We will request photo proof of the unsatisfactory product within 24 hours. If we are in agreement, we will credit your account or arrange a replacement delivery.
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to put product into their freezer as soon as delivery is made. If you have any concerns regarding vomiting and diarrhoea, please contact as soon as possible.
