Holiday Delivery Update

Urgent Couriers (North Island only)

  • Auckland - no deliveries on 25th - 28th December and 1st - 4th August.
  • Waikato, Bay of Plenty & Whangarei - no deliveries on 25th & 26th December and 1st & 2nd January.
  • Wellington - no deliveries on 25th & 28th December and 1st & 4th January.

Please note Auckland delivery & cutoff schedule changes:

  • Monday, 29th December - 12-5pm delivery (instead of 6-9pm), with a Sunday Midnight order cutoff
  • Tuesday, 30th December - 12-5pm delivery (instead of 6-9pm), with a Monday 12pm order cutoff

NZ Couriers (North & South Island)

Kiwi Express (Christchurch only)

Frozen products

We use various courier companies to ensure your frozen products are delivered safely. Please read the details below for information about delivery options, packaging, and other important details related to your Raw Essentials order.

  • Urgent Couriers: We deliver to most areas in Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Wellington. See more info below.
  • NZ Couriers: We now deliver across North and South Island via NZ Couriers Overnight Service. Note: While we take every precaution with thorough packaging, next-day status checks and follow-ups, delays may occur beyond our control. Make sure to track your order and reach out to us or NZ Couriers if you have any concerns.
  • Kiwi Express (Christchurch Local Only): Most Christchurch orders are delivered using Kiwi Express’s 2-3 hour courier service. See more info below.

    Rural deliveries

    We currently do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Please ensure you provide a residential address for delivery (keep in mind we cannot prevent rural orders from being placed!)

    Minimum order quantities

    We’ve set minimum order quantities to maintain product quality and reduce the chance of defrost during transit. Delivery Tip: We recommend being home (or nearby) to receive your order, as frozen products need to be placed directly in a freezer. Larger or bulk orders may be left outside for a short period, but this is at your own risk.

      Packaging

      We use sustainable packaging to keep your orders frozen and reduce waste.

      • Urgent Couriers Auckland Monday-Saturday: Freezer-grade cardboard box, gel ice packs, and paper.
      • Urgent Couriers & NZ Couriers Out of Auckland Regions (incl. Auckland Sunday): Freezer-grade cardboard box, wool liner, gel ice packs, and paper.

      Treats & freeze-dried product delivery

      All non-frozen orders, including natural treats, freeze-dried mixes, supplements, toys and pet care products, are delivered nationwide via NZ Post. We offer free shipping for orders over $100 (non-frozen orders only).

        To avoid confusion, please note: All North Island orders are packed and shipped from our Auckland Online Store, while South Island orders are packed and shipped from our Christchurch Online Store.
