• Wordsworth Dog Park – dog park in Leamington, Cambridge.

• Waikato River Walk – riverside (on-leash) walking area.

• Taitua Arboretum – popular scenic walk (dogs allowed on-lead).

• Lake Te Koo Utu Reserve – parkland with paths, good for dog walks.

• Other parks like Mangaiti Park Recreation Reserve, Parana Park, Pukete Farm Park, Braithwaite Park, and Resthills Park are all great open spaces where you can walk your dog (usually on-lead unless otherwise signed).

Other Scenic Spots for Walks

• Pukemokemoke Bush Reserve – Nature reserve with trails (good for on-lead walking).

• Te Awa Park – Park in Tamahere (check signage for dog rules).

• Newstead Walkway – Nice riverside/nature trail.
