• Raw Essentials Lamb Mix or Raw Essentials Chicken & Wild Mix
• Beef Green Tripe
• Bone Broth (Duck & Free-Range Chicken)

• For the first meal, give your pup 1/4-1 cup of bone broth (depending on the pup's size). Once defrosted, store broth in a lidded container in the fridge for up to 3 days or refreeze (as soon as defrosted) in ice cube trays or muffin tins. You can use remaining broth as a cold gravy over the next few meals.

• Defrost in a sealed container in the fridge overnight or in a bag submerged in warm water (not in the microwave). Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, but fresh is best!

• Feed your pup 5-10% of their body weight. Lamb/Chicken & Wild Mix cubes weigh around 80 grams each. Feed all juices - they contain great nutrients! Discard any uneaten raw food once your pet has finished their meal. Use safe handling techniques. Clean all surfaces, equipment and hands with warm soapy water after handling or feeding.

• After 2 weeks, we can introduce different prey sources and consider raw meaty bones with tripe if everything is sitting well digestively. Talk to us about this next step as there are a few things you need to know about feeding bones safely and to make sure they are a suitable option for your dog.

• Bowel movements will be small, firm and less smelly. If there is any straining or repositioning when trying to pass stools, add 1-2 cubes of tripe to each meal. Adding extra tripe to the meal can be helpful. Too much tripe can cause loose, dark, green stools.

• Urgent Couriers:
  We deliver to most areas in Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Wairarapa.

• NZ Couriers:
  Our Overnight Service via NZ Couriers covers the South Island and select areas of the North Island, including Coromandel, Whangamata, and nearby non-rural locations.

• Kiwi Express (Christchurch Only):
  Local Christchurch orders are delivered with Kiwi Express’s 2-3 hour courier service.

Please Note: We do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

• Minimum Order Quantities:
  To maintain product quality and minimize the risk of defrosting during transit, minimum order quantities are required.

• Delivery Tip:
  To ensure your frozen products stay fresh, we recommend being at home (or nearby) to receive your order. Frozen items should be placed directly into a freezer upon delivery.

For larger or bulk orders, couriers may leave your package outside if you're unavailable. However, this is done at your own risk, so plan accordingly to safeguard your order.
