Vomiting & Diarrhoea
WHAT TO DO WITH VOMITING & DIARRHOEA
Call you regular vet right away if:
- Your pet seems flat or obviously unwell.
- Your pet is not eating.
- Vomiting or diarrhoea is severe, or bloody.
- Vomiting or diarrhoea is mild, but persists for more than a day.
If your pet has mild vomiting or diarrhoea, you will need to offer food that is very easy to digest. Stop feeding bones until the issue is resolved.
Call your local Raw Essentials store for advice. Our staff may suggest sticking to minced products for a while, or offering bone broth with poached meat in it to help settle the gut. If they are concerned, they will advise you to call your regular vet.
