Under the COVID-19 Protection Framework general retail stores are not subject to My Vaccine Pass requirements - which means a vaccine pass is not required for entry at Raw Essentials.
Face coverings are mandatory though and we are required to have capacity limits in-store to ensure appropriate physical distancing. Contact tracing measures, including QR codes, will be available, too. Dogs (on lead) are welcome to come in if they are new to Raw Essentials or need a weigh in. This applies to all of our stores in both Red and Orange settings.
Our teams will continue to clean & disinfect surfaces regularly and we always keep on top of the latest Ministry of Health guidelines.
If you'd like delivery, we can courier our frozen pet food to customers in Auckland & Wellington and ship our non-frozen products, including treats and pet care, nationwide.
