- Store - We opened in November 2018 (just before Covid!) and have undergone two store renovations including having our windows replaced (we had to operate the store out the back), and our recent one where we had our wall pushed back to provide a larger shopping space for our customers.
- Notable Milestone - We were recognised with the Raw Essentials 'Best Customer Experience' Award in 2025!
- Dog Parks - We are a few minutes away from Trelissick Park and are close to the local dog beach in Petone for those hot sunny days
- Other Local Amenities - Hillcrest Cat Motel are amazing and happy to raw feed and City Dogs Dog Daycare use our freeze-dried treats for training purposes.
- Fun Fact - Despite our size, we go through 5-6 pallets of stock a week, which works out to be nearly 6 tonnes!
