Absolutely love Raw Essentials. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - especially the manager, Brody. I have had such pleasant experiences whenever I've gone into the shop. I also have to mention, I think it's so special and thoughtful that there's a whole wall dedicated to pictures of customers' animals. The rest of the decor is also just adorable and fun!

Great experience, I went in to just grab some raw meat for my pup after googling " raw pet food in Christchurch"...the friendly staff member questioned me on what I want for my pup, she was full of great knowledge on animal nutrition and done a quick free assessment, using my dogs weight, size, breed etc, she gave me recommendations on best food and importantly how much she should be feed daily.
Great variety of good quality, healthy food for your pet.
It looks like this is my new regular dog food supplier.

After years of feeding my dog dry kibble and dealing with constant gut issues, and inflamed itchy skin, I decided to switch to a raw meat diet. It’s been around 4 weeks now and I have already seen a big difference in his health. The team at raw essentials tower junction have been truely amazing. I’ve been lucky enough to have Brody looking after us, and I couldn’t recommend him more! He is so knowledgeable and has made the entire process really easy and streamlined.

This is my go-to place for buying food for my dog and three cats. I love their variety of raw meats, mixes, and bones. They also have lots of different treats and other miscellaneous stuff such as toys and slow feeders.
