Our feeding plans are an easy, convenient option for customers looking for a regular delivery. Let us know about your pet, and we'll suggest a few options based on their recommended daily food intake and you'll be able to choose the day, time and frequency of your regular delivery.
We'll take care of the rest and make sure your pet receives a balanced, species-appropriate feeding plan with a variety of proteins, organs, and green tripe. If your pet is a bone eater, we'll include those too. We'll check in with you regularly to see how your pet is going and you can pause or change your plan subscription at anytime.
Introduce us to your pet and tell us about their age, weight, activity level and any health issues. And, we'll recommend the best option for their raw feeding journey.
For pets new to raw feeding (including all puppies and kittens), we'll recommend you purchase a two-week starter pack before subscribing to a regular plan. We'll follow up before the two weeks are up and help your pet transition to a regular plan or choose your own individual products.
If your pet is under regular veterinarian care or has severe health issues, we'll suggest you contact us directly (either give us a call, chat online or visit us in-store). That way we can ask a few more questions and create the best raw diet, specific to your pet's health needs.
Delivery for our frozen products and plans is only available in the wider Auckland area. We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to update or pause your plan, you must do so by 11am on Friday, the week before. You are welcome to pause or cancel at any time - there are no subscription or cancellation fees.
