All our chicken products are high quality cage free from here in New Zealand through MPI approved suppliers. Our Duck is farmed, with our supplier paving the way for poultry welfare standards in New Zealand. Open air and daily fresh shavings create clean and hygienic environments for the birds to thrive. Our apple cider vinegar is organic and from New Zealand.

• Serve on its own or with meals (like a cold soup or gravy).
• Store defrosted broth in the fridge for up to 7 days.
• Or refreeze (as soon as defrosted) broth in ice cube trays or silicone molds for easy portioning.
• Never heat raw food products containing whole or minced bone.
• Discard any uneaten broth to maintain freshness.
• Use as a supplement to your pet’s balanced diet.
• Thaw from the freezer before use or serve straight from the freezer.

Delivery Options

• Urgent Couriers:
  We deliver to most areas in Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Wairarapa.

• NZ Couriers:
  Our Overnight Service via NZ Couriers covers the South Island and select areas of the North Island, including Coromandel, Whangamata, and nearby non-rural locations.

• Kiwi Express (Christchurch Only):
  Local Christchurch orders are delivered with Kiwi Express’s 2-3 hour courier service.

Please Note: We do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Minimum Order Quantities:
  To maintain product quality and minimize the risk of defrosting during transit, minimum order quantities are required.

• Delivery Tip:
  To ensure your frozen products stay fresh, we recommend being at home (or nearby) to receive your order. Frozen items should be placed directly into a freezer upon delivery.

For larger or bulk orders, couriers may leave your package outside if you're unavailable. However, this is done at your own risk, so plan accordingly to safeguard your order.
