• 100% NZ Minced Whole Hare (including bone & organs)
• Minced Venison (boneless)
• Salmon (bone-in)
• Heart
• Tongue
• Green Tripe (beef or lamb)

• For cats: feed your cat 3-5% of their body weight (or ideal body weight). Feed alongside other minces and raw meaty bones or boneless meat for increased variety and dental health.

• For dogs: feed your dog 2-3% of their body weight (or ideal body weight). Feed alongside raw meaty bones and raw green tripe.

• Feed at least 3 different prey species over a week to ensure a good variety of nutrients in your dog’s or cat's diet.

• Defrost in a sealed container in the fridge overnight or in a bag submerged in warm water (not in the microwave).

• Once defrosted, it can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, but fresh is best!

• Feed all juices - they contain great nutrients!

• Discard any uneaten raw food once your pet has finished their meal.

• Use safe handling techniques. Clean all surfaces, equipment and hands with warm soapy water after handling or feeding.

Delivery Options

• Urgent Couriers:
  We deliver to most areas in Auckland, Whangarei, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Wellington, and Wairarapa.

• NZ Couriers:
  Our Overnight Service via NZ Couriers covers the South Island and select areas of the North Island, including Coromandel, Whangamata, and nearby non-rural locations.

• Kiwi Express (Christchurch Only):
  Local Christchurch orders are delivered with Kiwi Express’s 2-3 hour courier service.

Please Note: We do not deliver frozen products to rural addresses. Ensure you provide a residential address for delivery.

Important Delivery Guidelines

• Minimum Order Quantities:
  To maintain product quality and minimize the risk of defrosting during transit, minimum order quantities are required.

• Delivery Tip:
  To ensure your frozen products stay fresh, we recommend being at home (or nearby) to receive your order. Frozen items should be placed directly into a freezer upon delivery.

For larger or bulk orders, couriers may leave your package outside if you're unavailable. However, this is done at your own risk, so plan accordingly to safeguard your order.
